Ingredients
Chocolate Base
2 ½ cups of nut butter
¾ cup of maple syrup
½ cup of cocoa powder
½ teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Ganache Topping
½ cup of coconut milk
1 cups of dark chocolate chips
2 tablespoons of nut butter
Instructions
1. Mix all base ingredients in a food processor.
2. Press mixture into a lined pan.
3. For the topping, heat coconut milk and pour over chocolate chips.
4. Stir until smooth and add nut butter.
5. Pour ganache over the base.
6. Refrigerate until set.
